The most prestigious event on the Philadelphia Section PGA Junior Tour, the Junior Tour Championship showcases the best junior golfers from the Boys 16-18 Division, Boys 13-15, Girls 13-18 Division and 9 Hole Division based upon the year's prior tournaments. To be eligible for this year's Junior Tour Championship, one must:

Place in a tie for 1st or better in their respective age division in any event proceeding last years Junior Tour Championship |
| 2. |
Finish in the top 25 in Player of the Year points in the Boys 16-18 Division. |
| 3. |
Finish in the top 25 in Player of the Year points in the Boys 13-15 Division. |
| 4. |
Finish in the top 10 in Player of the Year points in the Girls 13-18 Division. |
| 5. |
Finish in the top 10 in Player of the Year points in the 9 Hole Division (Boys & Girls 10-12). |
As soon as one qualifies for the Junior Tour Championship via finishing in a tie for 1st place or better in their respective age division, they will be invited to register for this event which is the only way one may sign up. The last tournament played prior to the Junior Tour Championship will be the last event Player of the Year points will be awarded toward qualifying for the Junior Tour Championship. Once these points have been awarded, invites will be sent out shortly thereafter to all qualifying via their position on the Player of the Year points list.
