The Man 17-24 and Woman 17-24 with the season's lowest scoring average are recognized by the Philadelphia Junior Tour ~ College Series. To be eligible to be the Scoring Average leader, a competitor must play in a minimum of 2 tournaments with every hole completed and a scorecard turned in for each round of every event.
